The CIRP Design 2022 will happen on the Laval Virtual Congress Center, powered by Virbela. The Laval Virtual Congress Center is an immersive environment easy to use and with a simple design. It can be assessed and enjoyed with your computer. By embodying your own personalized avatar, you can attend the different sessions, interact with other attendees, enjoy casual mingling, and more!
The training sessions indicate that headset is necessary for audio. Meanwhile, the restriction from your institution might stop you from connecting. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to log in and test before your presentation.
4 days before the opening (on the 24th, March) you will receive an email inviting you to access the “CIRP Design conference Virtual Congress Center”. You will need to click on the “Accept Invitation” link in that email to finish creating your account and download the software. The software runs on Windows and Mac computers.
